I represent clients in all areas of criminal law including DWIs, assaults, domestic violence, sexual assault/consent, possession or sale of drugs, entrapment, racial profiling, false confessions, theft, motor vehicle offenses, juvenile charges, major crimes, sexual assaults and homicides. 

I have 30 years of experience in criminal law which includes appearing in courts throughout the state, including federal district court.  I have been lead counsel in numerous high profile cases.

I also have have extensive experience in post-conviction work including motions to suspend sentences, sentence review hearings, motions for a new trial and claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel as well as experience in prisoners' rights litigation.
