Dottie Barker is a civil litgation attorney licensed in Alabama and Mississippi.  Her practice involves representing individuals and businesses in contract and business disputes in the areas of insurance, shareholder derivative, real property, wills, fraud and medical malpractice litigation. 

Dottie is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Middle and Southern U.S. District Courts of Alabama, the Alabama and Mississippi Supreme Courts, and all other state courts in Alabama and Mississippi.  She has tried jury and non jury trials in Federal and state courts, and has conducted oral argument before the Eleventh Circuit and the Mississippi Supreme Court.
