Biography

Douglas A. Kincaid represents clients in the areas of litigation, real property law, business law, and estate and probate law. He has successfully handled cases in both state and federal court. He experience is particularly extensive in real estate litigation where he has worked on hundreds of cases.

Douglas A. Kincaid is a 2011 graduate of University of Oregon, School of Law.

Doug’s non-work interests include discussion and reading about religion, science, philosophy, ecology, economics, and critical thinking. More active interests include many of the outdoor activities available in the Pacific Northwest: Hiking, mountain climbing, biking, canoeing, and camping.
