I am an associate at DunlapWeaver, PLLC, where I practice corporate transactional, intellectual property (copyright and trademark) and commercial manage our firm’s copyright infringement practice and assist copyright holders with the enforcement and protection of their works. I also runs the firm’s trademark practice in which I have successfully prosecuted hundreds of trademark applications. My work prosecuting trademarks has given me substantive experience practicing in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeals Board. I also assist many small and medium sized businesses with several facets of their operations, including drafting agreements, reviewing leases, and providing real-time answers to everyday questions as they arise. I have also assisted companies with multi-million dollar private equity offerings and franchising agreements.
