I spent the first part of my career working at both big law and litigation boutique firms. During that time, I, along with my teams, represented everyone from billionaires to celebrities to Fortune 500 companies. On behalf of plaintiffs, I have obtained verdicts, pre-trial judgments, and settlements amounting to more than $20 million. I also represented many franchisors and franchisees as I learned the ins and outs of franchise law and became Chair of the California Lawyers Association’s Franchise Law Committee. I would go on to become the general counsel of a growing franchise brand, Amada Senior Care.

My in-house experience and experience in big law and litigation boutique firms has given me a comprehensive background in franchise law and the legal issues franchisees face. I use this expertise to resolve disputes and make deals on behalf of franchisees.
