Doug Marfice has over twenty-five years of experience as an attorney in Idaho and Washington. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate and civil litigation. Doug has represented property owners, brokers, developers, lenders, homeowners’ associations, and title insurers. He has handled all manner of access, easement and boundary line disputes, real estate partition actions, covenant enforcements, eminent domain/condemnation cases, and contract disputes.

Doug has been certified by Idaho Real Estate Commission's Education Council as an instructor of Real Estate Law, and has taught this 30-hour live course numerous times throughout Idaho. He has also authored and presented certified continuing education courses in topics including risk reduction, eminent domain, RESPA, Fair Housing, legislative updates, and interdisciplinary real estate matters.
