He has also been recognized as a “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine. Every year since 2015, Dustin has been selected by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 trial lawyer. In 2015, he was named to the Fulton County Daily Report’s “On the Rise 40 Under 40.”

Dustin is a regional vice president of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and serves as a co-chair for GTLA’s Directed Giving. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, Southern Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia Legal History Foundation, and
Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association, where he serves as vice president of programs.

A native Georgian, Dustin graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia and graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Dustin is a graduate of the State Bar of Georgia’s Leadership Academy, GTLA LEAD Program, and Leadership Hall County. Dustin and his wife, Kristy, have three children. They attend Gainesville First United Methodist Church and he enjoys coaching football for the North Hall Junior Trojans.
