Dustin Marlowe, a Jackson County native, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2006. During law school, Dustin served as the Senior Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review, authored A Dose of Reality for § 6(c) of the Restatement (Third) of Torts, which the Law Review published, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Before law school, Mr. Marlowe attended and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia, where he was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the country’s preeminent honor society for the liberal arts.

Before associating with the firm, Dustin served two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William C. O’Kelley, Senior United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Marlowe intends to take advantage of the knowledge and insight he acquired through his clerkship by focusing his practice on federal criminal defense, constitutional litigation, and civil litigation, including business disputes and catastrophic personal injury cases.
