Biography

My practice is focused on white-collar criminal defense and related matters, complex federal and state civil business litigation, legal malpractice defense, and state court juvenile and criminal proceedings, including cases alleging theft, embezzlement, fraud, vehicular manslaughter, assault, arson, and murder. I have substantial experience in matters involving criminal securities fraud, false claims, and political corruption. I have also defended doctors, psychologists, and real estate professionals in actions initiated by licensing boards.
