My main duties involve working with clients to develop estate and trust plans to protect themselves and their assets for the future.  I also conduct workshops throughout the Greater-Columbus Area to educate the public about the changing trends in trust planning, health care planning and the impact of the Affordable Care Act on seniors and those planning to retire in the near future.

My focus is in advanced trust and estate planning, utilizing specialized trusts and strategies to minimize taxes, avoid probate, reduce the impact of a long-term heath care crisis and protect inheritance for generations to come. I also lead the Estate Administration Department and work with heirs to access their inheritance, file Estate Tax returns and navigate the rigorous challenges of probate.

Effective estate planning is not a cookie-cutter business. I am always working to develop improved strategies and tailoring a customized plan for each family and each client.
