Edward Festeryga is a lawyer devoted to taking his client's fight to the courtroom. Since graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 2016, he has become experienced in all aspects of personal injury litigation-including wrongful death cases, toxic torts, and motor vehicle accidents. That experience includes several jury verdicts including a Top 50 Jury Verdict in Texas in 2019.

Mr. Festeryga was raised in a farming community in Ontario, Canada, before attending the prestigious Upper Canada College in Toronto. Despite scholarship offers to play hockey collegiately, Mr. Festeryga decided to remain in Canada where he attended Queen's University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Environmental Sciences, graduating with Honors. While at Queen's, Mr. Festeryga walked onto the football team, earning Academic-All Canadian honors, Dean's List distinction, and was a 2009 National Champion.

Mr. Festeryga is licensed to practice in Texas and Michigan, and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and attends St. Martin's Episcopal Church.
