Growing a general law practice from initially beginning with a sole attorney and shared receptionist to exceeding 130 employees has been my most significant personal achievement. My most significant professional achievement was being recognized on the Inc. 5000 List as being among the fastest growing private companies in the United States for two consecutive years.  I take pride in continuous efforts to help young attorneys launch their professional careers in the areas of law practice.  I believe in setting a personal example for clients, consumers and employees by providing positive feedback, displaying integrity and supporting all professionals with the highest of ethical standards.
