I have represented clients for 19 years in negotiations, motion practice, trial, and appeals.  For 18 years I’ve had the privilege to do so at Lane Alton, first as an associate and now as a partner with an active role in the management of the firm.  Lane Alton develops trial lawyers and I’ve been fortunate to train at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy as well as learn from and work with many outstanding attorneys in representing our clients. 

My current practice falls into four primary areas:  

•defending national retailers in premise liability claims

•advising businesses and landlords in lease negotiation and disputes, primarily with respect to warehouses and restaurants 

•counseling lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice claims

•representing recreational vehicle manufactures in lemon law claims.
