Biography

As the first DWI attorney in the State of New York to receive the highest rating possible by the prestigious Martindale-Hubble rating service, as the first attorney approved as a Board Certified DWI specialist by the American Bar Association, as the first New York Attorney to be named a Regent of the National College for DUI Defense and the first New York attorney to ever be named Dean of the National College for DIU Defense, my credentials speak for themselves. More importantly, however, I'm a family man. As the father of a fifteen year old boy and my six year old daughter daughter, I know what it means to accept the ultimate responsibility for another.
