Edwina’s reputation as a fierce advocate for her clients speaks for itself. She has earned herself the nickname of the “pit bull in heels.” For Edwina, this means representing her clients’ interests vigorously and being available for her clients day and night. Edwina’s experience is almost exclusively in criminal law.
Before joining Brian Webb Legal, Edwina transitioned from her position as a felony trial attorney at the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to being a respected and sought-after criminal defense attorney. Her experience is in litigation. As a criminal defense attorney, Edwina is in the courtroom almost daily and in trial regularly. She represents people being investigated for crimes, or who have been charged with crimes, throughout Idaho.

Edwina is dedicated to vigorously defending her clients, upholding their rights, and aggressively pursuing the government when her clients’ rights have been violated. Her experience as a defense attorney and a seasoned prosecuting attorney, coupled with her knowledge of the criminal justice system is invaluable when evaluating her clients’ cases and negotiating with prosecutors. Edwina grew up in the Treasure Valley. Edwina enjoys spending her free time with her daughter and her dog.
