Our founding Attorney, Efrem Lawrence, is licensed both in Oregon and Washington. He has extensive experience with pain. While playing basketball in high school, he suffered a devastating an extremely rare injury for his age. Efrem ruptured his ACL, MCL, PCL, dislocated the left knee cap and shattered the left knee growth bone. As a college basketball player at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Efrem suffered a career-ending back injury that required low back surgery. Through this experience, empathy for individuals struggling with pain and career disruption became a building block for OJI, a firm that puts our clients’ current and future needs first.
