Attorney Elizabeth Demonte is a highly skilled litigator and author who has done significant work on pre-decree divorce, post-decree divorce, parentage, child custody, child support and grandparent visitation cases. She penned article, “Spotlight On: The Nurse-Family Partnership,” which was published in the prestigious Children’s Legal Rights Journal.

Demonte received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University with a bachelor’s in Business Management. She also received the coveted Certification in Child and Family Law and was awarded a position as Editor on Loyola’s Children’s Legal Rights Journal, a major honor.
