I advise and assist clients in a wide range of industries with regulatory compliance in the areas of advertising, marketing, and gaming, as well as provide legal advice and contract drafting for sweepstakes, contests, giveaways and other promotions.

I also have significant experience representing clients in a broad range of business and commercial disputes, including disputes involving fiduciary duties, contract and business torts, and restrictive covenants. I am an Associate Fellow of the prestigious Litigation Counsel of America and has been recognized by Kentucky Super Lawyers, as a Kentucky Rising Star in Business Litigation from 2013-2016.

Prior to joining Middleton Reutlinger, I was a law clerk for Judge Gregory F. Van Tatenhove, United States District Judge in the Eastern District of Kentucky. During law school, I served as Senior Articles Editor of The Louisville Law Review and was a member of the negotiation Moot Court Team.

Outside of my practice, I am actively involved in the local community and serve as the Advisory Board Chair of Christ Church School.
