Elizabeth grew up in New Orleans but moved to Mississippi to get an English degree. She then went to the University of Memphis for her law degree. She joined her husband at the Daniel Law Firm in 1995 where she continues to represent people in personal injury, wrongful death, and 18-wheeler accident cases.

In her spare time, Elizabeth created an annual charitable event created to send Memphis kids to summer camp. In just 8 years, she sent 1,200 kids to camp through the City of Memphis Park Services. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben, and their three children.
