Biography
Elizabeth Wynn is a partner with Kyle Wynn & Associates, PLLC. She has worked exclusively in the elder law field since she began her legal career. She prides herself with the ability to provide her clients with the personalized attention, care, accuracy and dedication expected of an Elder Law Attorney.
Elizabeth graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2004, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing as well as Business Management. She attended Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi, and in 2008 received a Master of Business Administration degree. In 2011, she received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Mississippi College School of Law. While in law school, Elizabeth received the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Writing.
Elizabeth has a passion for ensuring that all Mississippians have a chance to receive legal representation. While in law school she completed an externship with the Federal Public Defender of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and volunteered at the Mission First Legal Aid Office. She continues to work with the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project and has served as a Guardian ad Litem to represent the best interests of children in Mississippi.
Elizabeth is a member of The Mississippi Bar and its Estates and Trusts Section. She was chosen among many qualified candidates to serve on the 2016 Mississippi Bar Leadership Forum because of her proven commitment to her community and the legal profession. She is admitted to practice in the State of Mississippi and the State of Tennessee.
Elizabeth has written numerous articles on various aspects of estate planning, including a monthly column in Mississippi Christian Living, which is distributed statewide in Mississippi. She also frequently presents seminars on estate planning, Nursing Home Medicaid Benefits and other elder law topics to civic groups, churches, professional organizations, assisted living and nursing home facilities, and the general public. Based on her experience in Medicaid planning, she was among the "Leaders in Finance" in the 2019 Mississippi Business Journal competition. She was nominated as "Best Estate Planning Lawyer" in the Jackson Free Press's 2020 Best of Jackson.
