Elizabeth Mullins is a Board Certified Criminal Law Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona. She has litigated a wide variety of criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors to first degree murder. She has represented clients in municipal courts, superior courts, federal court, administrative board hearings, federal and state civil forfeiture proceedings, competency hearings, appeals, and federal habeas proceedings. 

She has had numerous trial victories including aggravated DUI, theft of means of transportation, human smuggling, aggravated assault, interfering with judicial proceedings, transportation of narcotic drugs, fraud schemes, attempted murder and first degree murder. She has also successfully argued for dismissals for a wide range of consitutional violations.
