Ms. Perla earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude and with honors distinction, from the Ohio State University, and her J.D. degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was on Law Review.

Ms. Perla is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has served on the Young/New Attorneys Section Steering Committee. In addition, Ms. Perla is a member of the Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law sections of the Ohio State Bar Association, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Ms. Perla is a frequently speaker for NBI (National Business Institute) and local groups.  Clients have given Ms. Perla exceptional ratings on both and .

Ms. Perla has tried cases in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties and argued cases in front of the Eighth and Ninth District Court of Appeals. Ms. Perla has focused her practice on Estate Planning, Elder Law and Probate Law.
