Elizabeth P. Roberts graduated from Eisenhower High School in Shelby Township, Michigan.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oakland University in just 2 years with honors.  At Oakland University,  Ms. Roberts was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society, Nu Omega/Oakland University Chapter and was elected Secretary of Pi Sigma Alpha.  In 2011, she received her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. 
 
Ms. Roberts joined Kirk, Huth, Lange & Badalamenti, PLC as a clerk in 2007.  She was offered the position of Associate Attorney upon graduation from law school.  Ms. Roberts is now a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Macomb County Bar Association. 
 
Her practice includes all aspects of general, insurance and business litigation in the state and federal courts.  Ms. Roberts is both a trial and appellate advocate.  Ms. Roberts also routinely assists business clients with organization, contract drafting, business plans, partnerships, employment agreements and pre-suit contract enforcement.
