Ellakisha S. O'Kelley is an Atlanta-based sports, entertainment and business attorney. She is a passionate advocate for her clients. Because of her direct experience operating on the side that her clients are currently on, she sums up her zeal as "It's more than representation. It's personal." She has been involved in sports and entertainment for over 25 years. As an athlete who has competed in high school, college, and on a professional level of track & field, as well as, coached on a collegiate level, she has experienced all ends of the spectrum solidifying her personal knowledge as an athlete, entertainer, and businesswoman. 

Ellakisha has been consulting athletes and entertainers on contractual and business decisions for a combined 8 years. She has formed several entities as an incorporator, including, non-profit organizations. As an attorney, she is now taking her experiences and providing a powerful and relatable platform. Within the first couple of months of launching her law firm, she has represented prominent clients in sports, entertainment, and small businesses who were all looking for someone to trust and understand outside of just being an attorney.

Ellakisha is a graduate of Atlanta John Marshall Law School. She obtained her undergrad degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina; and Master's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University in Dunwoody, GA. She graduated with honors in both programs and was inducted into the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society, and Delta Phi Beta Honor Society, respectfully. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute. 

Ellakisha was inducted into the hall of fame at her former high school, Albany High (Albany NY), in 2014 for her impeccable representation of, and great contributions to, athletes, the community, and the city.

She currently serves her clients with contract negotiation, contract drafting, business entity formation, copyright and trademark protection, sports deals, business litigation, labor and employment disputes, and more. Additionally, she provides consultation services to athletes and entertainers through her consulting firm Alchemy Sports and Entertainment Consulting Team.
