Emerald N. Williams focuses her practice in the area of personal injury claims, including products liability, automobile accidents, and premise liability claims. She graduated, summa cum laude, from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, with a concentration in criminal justice. She went on to earn her J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Maurice B. Cohill, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and interned at the Allegheny County Public Defender’s office.

After her second year of law school, Emerald began working as a law clerk at Woomer & Talarico LLC. Once being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, Emerald was immediately hired as an attorney with the firm due to her dedication to the firm’s clients and significant contributions to the firm as a clerk. Since becoming an attorney at Woomer & Talarico LLC, Emerald has argued and won numerous favorable decisions in the courtroom as well as negotiated settlements outside of the courtroom for her clients.

Away from the office, Emerald enjoys cooking (and eating), camping, and hiking with her dog
