I used to say that I work for hugs, because every time I win a case my clients hug me. There is nothing better than the feeling I get when I tell my clients "You won!"

In 1994, I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and almost immediately started working with a firm handling Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability cases. When I left I joined my father's law practice. There I also represented people with injuries and disabilities. I loved working with and learning from my father.

In 1999, I opened my own law firm with only two employees. My practice was completely focused on helping people with injuries and disabilities. I guess we did a pretty good job because we grew extremely quickly. We now have more than 100 employees and our lawyers handle disability cases all over the United States.
