Eric Navarrette is an experienced litigation and collaborative Family Law attorney who is well-versed in the practice of complex Family Law cases, including divorce, child custody, division of property, characterization of property, relocation, grandparent and non-parent rights, premarital and postnuptial agreements, and protective orders.

Understanding the emotional and the business aspects of Family Law, Eric concentrates his efforts on helping to prosecute, defend and protect his clients’ interests, as well as the interest of their children. He concentrates his Collaborative Law practice on resolving clients’ individual and mutual goals through interest-based negotiations with the opposing party. In his trial practice, Eric is committed to providing zealous and aggressive representation in the courtroom, while helping educate his clients throughout the litigation process.

Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Eric has  earned recognition on the Texas Rising Stars listing of the state’s top young lawyers. He graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2006 after earning his BA in criminal justice from St. Mary’s University in 2003. He is fluent in Spanish.
