Licensed in both Texas and North Dakota, Mr. Camp maintains a diverse oil and gas practice representing operators, mineral owners, surface owners, and municipalities in transactions, litigation, regulatory matters, and title examinations.

• Transactions: Advise and counsel on purchase and sale agreements, participation, development, and leasing transactions, drilling and operating agreements, and pipeline easement agreements.

• Litigation: Represent clients in disputes and condemnations.

• Regulatory Matters: Represent clients in hearings at the Railroad Commission of Texas, the regulatory body responsible for overseeing the Texas oil and gas industry.

• Title Examination: Draft acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions for operators in various fields throughout Texas and North Dakota.

Real Estate:
In his real estate practice, Mr. Camp represents sellers, purchasers, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants in various real estate transactions.
