SCAM DOESN'T FIGHT CASE SHOWS UP TO COURT WITH A FAKE DEFENSE

Seems like a scam. After I retained his services he wouldn't talk to me about my case until after my file came which didn't come until the day prior to court. All the attorney did was ask me to file out a income declaration which was requested by court the day prior. He wouldn't gather a crucial piece of evidence I needed a representative to get from the Social Security Office which was just a letter I had missed placed from the Social Security Administration which said I wouldn't owe an overpayment. The day of the Hearing he gave a fake defense which he didn't seem prepared and he also didn't prepare me for. After the Hearing he gave me a phone call pretending that he thought we had won the case with his fake defense. It looks to me he wasn't trying to win the case and just wanted to charge me more money to fight a another appeal under false pretenses.
