Biography

I practice primarily in the areas of corporate, tax and estate planning with an emphasis in the family office market. I am experienced in the creation and implementation of advanced estate planning techniques for high net-worth clients including, but not limited to, trusts, charitable remainder trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, private foundations, charitable organizations and the formation and operation of family limited liability companies and the family office structure.

In addition I am actively involved in my Firm’s asset protection practice that consists in part of the planning and implementation of domestic and offshore entities and trusts.

My litigation experience greatly compliments the Firm’s tax controversy work at all stages of audit, appeals and Tax Court proceedings.
