Eric Ryberg is a shareholder in the firm and practices in the Madison office. He has successfully tried personal injury cases in Dane, Rock, Jefferson, Sauk, Waukesha, Brown, Eau Claire, and Dunn Counties. He is admitted to practice before the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Eric is a board member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Ligitation Section, where he currently serves as Vice Chair. Due to his notable trial experience, Eric has been identified as a Board Certified Civil Trial Law Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Past President of the Dane County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He has taught trial advocacy and served as a mock trial coach at the University of Wisconsin Law School.

In 2011, Eric was recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal as one of the 25 Up and Coming lawyers in the state and has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating from Martindale Hubbell. He has been selected as a Rising Star in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers publication by Milwaukee Magazine from 2010 - 2012. He also has been named a Wisconsin Super Lawyer since 2013, including being named to the Super Lawyers Top 25 Madison list in 2014.

Eric was born and raised in Wisconsin and is a graduate of Regis High School in Eau Claire. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Political Science from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, graduating summa cum laude. Eric received his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, graduating Order of the Coif, cum laude, and in the top 15% of his class. He received the Abner Brodie Award for outstanding achievement in legal study and practical application of law.

When Eric isn’t practicing litigation, you can find him playing tennis, golfing and cheering on the Badgers. He resides in Oregon with his wife Nikki and their two boys.
