Attorney Hargraves assists clients with estate planning, personal injury, landlord-tenant, family and small business matters in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  Attorney Hargraves is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Hargraves is also a member of the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  Prior to founding the Law Office of Eric L. Hargraves in Fall River Massachusetts, Attorney Hargraves worked in the Consumer Protection Division of the Rhode Island Attorney General drafting advisory opinions and reviewing settlement and transfer agreements, as well as cases of potential consumer fraud and violations of compliance orders.
