Biography
Eric's principal area of practice is civil litigation and transportation law. He has served as lead trial counsel in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving business and commercial litigation, cargo claims, collections, contract, personal injury, arbitration, ERISA, employment, health care and product's liability.
