In November 2008 the American Bar Association Journal, read by half the nation's one million lawyers, selected the New York Personal Injury Law Blog as one of the nation's top 100 law blogs. It was the only plaintiff's oriented personal injury blog in the country to receive this honor. It was repeatedly honored again until being inaugurated into the Law Blog Hall of Fame
