Welcome to Kirkpatrick Law Offices
Eric grew up in Benton, Illinois and attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale where he ultimately received his law degree in 1991. Upon graduation he worked as an Appellate Court law clerk for then Justice Robert Howerton.
He then worked a few years in Marion, Illinois before locating to Belleville in 1996. He started his own firm in 2004.
Throughout his career, Eric has successfully handled complicated personal injury cases involving construction accidents and products liability.
