I began the practice of law in 1998.  I spent 18 years  with another well-established Duluth law firm accepting the invitation to join the law firm of SiebenCarey.  I work primarily on cases involving car accident, product liability, wrongful death and workers compensation law.  I also handle professional negligence cases. 

Although my personal office is in Duluth, at SiebenCarey, I handle cases across Minnesota and Wisconsin, including the Twin Cities metro area out of the Minneapolis office. 

I only work for individuals - never for the insurance companies.  I also handle cases on a contingency basis - meaning, I only get paid at the conclusion of the case if I am successful, and only as a percentage of what I am able to recover for my client.  If there is no recovery, there is no fee.
