Erik is the founder of E. Jenson Law, LLC.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and residential construction law.  Upon graduating from law school, Erik was inducted into the Order of Barristers for excellence in written and oral advocacy.  Prior to practicing law on his own, Erik served as an attorney at a civil litigation firm, as a judicial extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County for the Honorable Judge Michael R. Panter, as a law clerk for the City of Chicago’s Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection, as a research assistant for Professor Sandra Kupelian, as a law clerk at a personal injury firm, as a law clerk at an intellectual property firm, and as a law clerk at the Cook County States Attorney’s Office.
