Erik’s practice is centered around a client-first approach. Erik has independently represented national corporations in their business counsel and trial needs, as well as obtained over $1 million in personal injury proceeds through settlement and trial litigation. In addition, he has been involved in hundreds of bankruptcy filings, both while working for himself as well as of-counsel for one of Colorado’s largest bankruptcy firms.

Erik developed his client-first approach at a young age while working in the restaurant industry. He now looks to exceed client expectations in every case through excellent, thoughtful work product and unsurpassed customer service. 

Erik has a long track record of pro-bono public legal service, gaining him recognition in both Colorado and Washington states, including the 2014 Pro Bono Attorney of the year award for the Colorado legal aid project. Erik has also been a repeat speaker on the cannabis industry, presenting both in 2016 and 2017 for the National Business Institute continued legal education on Marijuana Law.
