Ms. Anderson represents individuals, businesses and governmental entities in the areas of civil rights, personal injury, general tort liability and employment matters.  Ms. Anderson has excellent trial skills and has served as lead or co-counsel in numerous trails.  She has also successfully briefed and argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  Ms. Anderson has more than fifteen years experience and is well respected in the legal community.  Ms. Anderson has received an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating, the highest rating possible for legal experience and professionalism, from her peers.  She also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law teaching evidence and trial practice skills.
