Erika Yuen is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Erika grew up in and works in San Francisco and surrounding areas. She focuses on helping families to craft complete estate plans, which include revocable living trusts, pour-over wills, durable power of attorney, HIPAA releases, Advance Healthcare Directives, and directives to physicians. Erika tailors her clients’ wealth preservation plan to their unique family dynamics and business succession needs. Erika also draws on her experience in trust and estate litigation to inform her trust administration and planning.

Erika received a B.A. in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College and a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. Erika recently contributed to the Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB®) Practitioner™ series on Trust and Probate Administration and to the series on Estate Planning.

Erika is a past chair of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
