Erin B. Brueche (formerly Erin B. Schneiderman) is a Partner with Jardim Meisner & Susser, P.C. She is designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Attorney, a certification which is achieved by only 2% of attorneys in New Jersey.

Ms. Brueche is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and Wake Forest School of Law. During law school, she served as a law clerk for the Office of Attorney General, Division of Youth and Family Services, Newark and also as a law clerk for the Board of Attorney Certifications, Supreme Court of New Jersey. Following her graduation from law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, P.J.F.P., former presiding Judge of the Somerset County Family Part (now retired). Ms. Brueche is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the New Jersey District Court Bar and the State of New York Bar. Since entering private practice, Ms. Brueche has been solely dedicated to the practice of matrimonial and family law where she represents clients in matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, the division of assets, and all related issues.

Ms. Brueche is an active participant in the legal community. She volunteers as an expert panelist at the Soermsert County family courts in the Early Settlement Programs. 

Ms. Brueche is also the On-Air Host of RVN Television Network's "Legal Breakdown," where she breaks down legal topics to make the law relevant and accessible to everyone.

Ms. Brueche has published several articles and has been quoted in Divorce Magazine. Ms. Brueche has co-authored the published article Litigating, Negotiating and Drafting College: a Comprehensive Guide for the New Jersey Family Lawyer.
