Erin K. Thurston is an associate with Jones Kelleher in the firm’s Boston office. Erin’s practice focuses on complex personal injury matters. In 2016, Erin was selected for inclusion as a “Rising Star” in the area of personal injury by Massachusetts Super Lawyers, the Thomson Reuters lawyer rating service.

Prior to joining Jones Kelleher, Erin worked with a boutique litigation firm. In this position, Erin participated in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including working with corporate clients in the investigation of fraudulent claims. Erin’s experience working with insurance companies brings significant value to the representation she provides to her clients at Jones Kelleher.

Erin graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2014. During law school, Erin was an active member of the Women’s Law Association, and earned an Honorable Mention in Oral Advocacy.  Erin also worked as Legislative Aide for the House Committee on Ways and Means, as well as with a commercial litigation firm, representing unsecured creditors through Chapter 11 bankruptcies.

Erin received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 2010, and lives in Melrose, Massachusetts.
