I am Erin McArdle. You will find I am unlike any other attorney in the Tri-Cities Area. Not only do I have over 25 years of courtroom experience as a seasoned Prosecutor, a Department of Children's Services Attorney and a private attorney; I have personal legal experience on a totally different level.

During my 14th year as a Prosecutor, I was wrongfully charged by the United States Federal Government with a crime I DID NOT COMMIT. I BEAT THAT CHARGE. I WON MY CASE BEFORE ANY TRIAL.

I know from personal, first-hand experience what it is to experience the shame of accusation, the guilt of the allegations, to not know what your life is going to look like, and having your fate left in the hands of others.

Because of that experience, I have now been a part of every side of the law. I've been on both sides of the table. My experience in all areas of the law, my experience in the courtroom, and the things I have personally experienced are now available to you as a client.

Many other defense lawyers don't have my level of experience with difficult cases like murder, robbery, and assault. I'm not afraid to try difficult cases and I am ready to go to trial for you.
