The Law Office of Erin Robinson is uniquely positioned to cater to the specific needs of individuals and families throughout the family building process and beyond, with a primary focus on egg, sperm & embryo donation, surrogacy, and LGBTQ+ family formation.
Erin was born and raised in Oregon, completed her undergraduate studies in three years at the University of Oregon, and then received her law degree from Vermont Law School in 2002.
After starting her legal career with one of the top firms in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), Erin founded her own practice ten years ago to specialize in ART law and accommodate the growing demand for services.
For the past 20 years, Erin has personally represented clients in more than 3,000 ART matters across the US and around the world. Through representing Intended Parents, donors and surrogates alike, Erin has developed a reputation for building consensus and strong relationships between all parties, and thrives on customizing contracts tailored to meeting the unique needs of individuals and their families, regardless of sexual orientation or country of residence. Erin is a fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), The LGBTQ+ Bar, The Family Law Institute, The American Bar Association Family Law Section, and enjoys attending conferences with colleagues to stay abreast of the latest laws, guidelines and developments in this rapidly changing profession.
