I have extensive experience in court litigation.  As a prosecutor for several years most of my time was spent in court in front of a jury.  I further had the opportunity to advise counties when they had legal issues and needed civil litigation support.  I have continued to focus my practice so that I can continue being in the courtroom where I know I can make the biggest impact.  As a personal injury attorney I know what pitfalls to avoid and what a case needs to win.  I also know how my clients feel when it comes to the legal process, how agrravating it can be, how they can feel continually victimized. What makes me stand apart from other attorneys is I listen to my clients, I am there when they need me, and I am always easy to contact.  I want my clients to be able to talk to me not an intern or a law clerk; they have asked for my help and I will be there for them.
