Erum Siddiqui Kistemaker has a diverse and unique legal background which gives the firm the distinct advantage to truly understand the expectations and needs of the firm’s clients.  She is licensed to practice law in multiple jurisdictions, states, and countries, and has worked in a variety of legal settings around the world.  Erum has worked for some of the largest, leading and most respected International, National, and Local law firms; government agencies; and as In-House Counsel.  She is Licensed to practice in Florida, New York, England, and Wales, and previously worked as a Solicitor (lawyer) for one of United Kingdom’s largest international law firms, Wragge & Co., practicing in the areas of international corporate litigation and property law.  Wragge & Co. has offices in London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Birmingham, Guangzhou, Paris, and Munich.

Much of Erum’s litigation experience, skill, and knowledge was gained as an Assistant State Attorney.  During her time as an ASA, she had the privilege to litigate over ten (10) jury trials.  However, she began her “passion” for business, real property, development/construction, and Condominium and Homeowners Association Law while working as an Associate for Carlton Fields, one of the nation’s largest and leading law firms.  This “passion” was further cultivated while she served as ICI Homes’ Associate General Counsel.  Additionally, having grown up in Ormond Beach, Erum has extremely strong ties to the community and is dedicated to the service and growth of this community, whether it is through sponsoring community events, or serving on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Volusia and Flagler Counties, Junior League of Daytona Beach, Daytona YPG and the American Cancer Society, to mention just a few.
