Graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Government degree, he met his wife, Kendra Sandoval, a U.T. tennis team member. Their academic journey continued in Las Vegas, where they each pursued graduate degrees before returning to Austin as leaders—Mr. Sandoval in law and Mrs. Sandoval in dentistry. With three sons, family is central to Mr. Sandoval, who treats every client like kin.
