I represent organizations and individuals in complex litigation and appeals in state and federal court. My practice focuses on litigating contract, business tort and statutory claims in commercial, shareholder, partnership, real estate, construction, employment, consumer protection, internet gaming and sports law disputes. I also provide strategic counseling and advocacy services for corporations and executives facing government investigations and prosecutions in regulatory enforcement and white-collar criminal matters -- particularly, in connection with actions challenging the commercial and financial operations of emerging companies with disruptive technologies.
