Ethan C. Wells is a founding partner at Pustay & Wells, LLC. He focuses his practice in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Wills and Estate Planning and general litigation.

Ethan is an experienced litigator who has appeared regularly in Municipal and Superior Courts throughout New Jersey representing clients in several areas including family, criminal, personal injury, contractual disputes, landlord tenant, labor and employment and special civil cases.

He was previously associated with the law firm of Florio, Perrucci, Steinhardt & Fader serving in their civil litigation and municipal governance practice groups. Additionally, Ethan served as a volunteer mediator for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Affairs Division where he resolved consumer fraud and contract disputes, misrepresentations and small business disagreements.

Ethan received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College where he participated as a member of the Varsity Basketball Team.
