Biography

Eugene “Gene” C. Miller spent 25 years defending cases as the Manging Attorney for the GEICO Staff Counsel before choosing to represent clients in catastrophic injury and medical malpractice cases. With over 35 years of experience and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, Gene has tried more than 180 jury trials in various courts including Federal Court and the Washington D.C. Superior Court. He’s active in the Fairfax Bar Association, and is on the Circuit Court Committee and Law Related Education Committee. He uses his free time to conduct court tours for middle school students, and is a proud Fairfax County local.
